Asked what really motivates him at DACG, he had this to say
"Having come from large Corporate, to do work for large Corporates and the Public sector, it was refreshing to work with people who were interested foremost in making things happen and delivering the goods. At DACG it is not just an idle boast that our people can truly make a difference - they are doing it day in day out. In the past I can honestly say that I took pride in what my employer did and the cachet of the brand. Now, that pride is in what DACG people do - and that is not only a big difference, but also something much more rewarding and valuable."

Andy Parker Change & Operations Manager |
Andy Parker joined DACG in 1996 as a Junior Consultant, and is now Operations Manager with a varied role that ranges from sales support to developing Training Needs Analyses and on-site Project Management. His prime responsibility is to ensure that, as a project develops, all parties are working efficiently, effectively and successfully towards the same goal.
With previous experience in the hosiery and automotive industries, Andy has developed a widespread, in-depth knowledge of SAP projects, and his career at DACG has advanced through Consultant, Senior Consultant, Project Lead and Project Manager to his current position.
During this time he has worked on some of DACG’s most prestigious projects, including BNFL, RMC, Castle Cement, Siemens/Alstom Power and Thorn.
For Thorn (Lighting) we delivered a full end-to-end solution; starting with a TNA we developed a blended solution utilising both traditional hard-copy materials and state of the art e-Learning content all housed in a one-stop site that is context-sensitive to the clients SAP system. Training materials were delivered running up to Go-Live in a classroom environment focusing on (user) role-based content and then post Go-Live we provided on-site floor walking support to the new users. In addition to the training development and delivery we were also able to assist with elements of process design and system testing thanks to the knowledge and experience of the DACG team working at Thorn.
He said; “At DACG we are proud of our reputation for honesty, integrity and our ability to integrate into the client’s team; we take the stress and the strain related to training, and time and time again our clients tell us how the end-user training is the one part of the plan they never had to worry about.”

Andy Campbell Associate & Partner Manager |
Andy Campbell is Channel Manager for DACG’s Europe Mobile division, with overall responsibility for UK & Ireland partnerships and transforming to these relationships into client satisfaction, and the maintenance of quality standards.
After extensive experience in the hotel industry (he became a Financial Controller at Thistle Hotels) Andy joined DACG in 1998 and has worked in many sectors including finance, utilities, production, telecoms, catering and hospitality.
Among his major projects have been BP, BBC, Yorkshire
Water, Guinness and Diageo.
With a long history of mergers and acquisitions,
and with plans to carry on expanding, Diageo recognised that it needed
to overhaul, reorganise and standardise its business systems and global
processes.
As a result, Diageo Business Services (DBS) was launched at the end of 2000. Part of its remit was to set up two business service centres, one in North America (White Plains New York) and one in Europe (Budapest, Hungary), which will become the hubs for Diageo’s North American and European shared-service operations. DBS is responsible for creating effective processes for finance, HR and transaction work, such as dealing with customers, suppliers and employees, paying bills and taking orders.
Furthermore, in order to help the organisation meet the shared-services objectives, Diageo decided to upgrade its numerous systems, including an upgrade in some parts of the business from SAP 3.1H to 4.6. It will also implement version 8 of PeopleSoft, an HR management tool, to enable its staff to access their personal data, and Concur, a travel and entertainment expenses software web based application.
In addition to his client responsibilities, Andy also manages and develops consulting staff, and provides sales support, including aspects of business development, partnership development and client account management.
He said; 'I joined DACG because I wanted the freedom that comes from being part of a smaller company while still working to help major corporate clients. DACG has proved to be an organisation of integrity and honesty, where innovation and ideas are embraced from all employees'.
